Your Content: To operate and improve the Services, you grant Deep Person a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, and create derivative works of the information you provide (such as your assessment responses and AI inputs). This license is for the sole purpose of providing, personalizing, and improving our Services, consistent with our Privacy Policy.

Termination by You: You may terminate this Agreement at any time by deleting your account and discontinuing use of the Services.
Termination by Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services at our sole discretion, without notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach this Agreement.
Disclaimer of Warranties:THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. DEEP PERSON DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
Limitation of Liability: TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DEEP PERSON AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY; OR (C) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR CONTENT.
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Agreement on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Deep Person operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
